Fulfilling Immigration physical in Corpus Christi Examination Requirements

Medical examinations are required by the USCIS to obtain a US green card or US citizenship. What Does an Immigration Examination Include?

  • Completion of all exam results reporting, including the I-693 form
  • Physical examination
  • Vaccination history review
  • Screening for tuberculosis, syphilis (age 15 and above), and gonorrhea (age 15 and above).

Should additional testing or specialist referrals be necessary to treat any health issues identified during the exam, our doctors can refer for blood work, x-rays, and also refer to appropriate specialist during the same visit for the convenience of the applicant.

  • A valid government issued photo ID (passport, ID card, or driver’s license)
  • Immunization records (official English translation if available)
  • Payment, needed at time of visit (cash or credit card)
